I think I might have been 11 years old when I suffered a mild concussion from a hard hit during our weekly neighborhood boys football game , my dad took me to the local Sears and Roebuck to buy me a helmet, with chin a guard no less. I remember he caught hell from my mother, not because of possible injuries to me, but because money was so tight dad used Sears credit to buy it. I loved my dad very much and did my best to care until the end.
Put it here ... I can't wait to read it. I have the Captcha turned OFF but blogger insists it be there. You should be able to bypass it.
