    every time I see a Picard/Riker panel I know I'm going to laugh: as one of my friends said, "You've never met a pun you didn't like."

    Why does the last panel show the car with the booted tire on the axle? You take it home, get your buddy with a cutting torch to remove it, and then, when the police come, say "There's been a mistake; my car wasn't booted at that location. It couldn't have been; it's in my driveway." Video, or it didn't happen.
