Amazing how buffalo face the wind, cattle face away from the wind. Buffalo won't drop a calf until after a storm, cattle drop a calf before a storm. I used to raise a lot of hogs and a sow will farrow before a storm so if a storm is coming and the sow is outside, better get her to shelter.
