Love those Southwest Flight Attendants!
A mother and her young son were flying
Southwest Airlines from
Kansas City to Chicago.
The little boy had been looking out of the
window.
He turned to his mother and asked, "If big dogs
have baby
dogs, and big cats have baby cats, why
don't big planes have baby
planes?"
The mother couldn't think of an answer.
She told her son to ask the flight attendant.
He
went down the aisle and asked the flight attendant,
"If big dogs have
baby dogs, and big cats have baby cats,
why don't big planes have baby
planes?"
The busy flight attendant smiled and asked the boy,
"Did your mother tell you to ask me?" The boy replied,
"Yes, she did."
"Well,"
said the flight attendant, "you go and tell your
mother that there are
no baby planes because Southwest
always pulls out on time.
Have your
mother explain that to you."

Other Flying High Rule 5 ers:
There has been a decrease in "quality" in flight attendants over my lifetime. They were better when they were stewardesses. I had a flight earlier this year when the flight attendants were all guys. While the sausage fest concept might work for San Francisco, it really doesn't hold in fly-over country.
ReplyDeleteHowever, you need to check out the women who fly for non-US carriers. There are standards elsewhere.
"flying high rule-fivers"? He he.
ReplyDeleteBwahahahahahaha on the joke. Spot on.
ReplyDeleteAs for the gals? They are gorgeous, but they don't do a thing for me. I know, I know...they do a lot for the guys.
Have a fabulous weekend. ☺
I guess that's why the stewardi are so grumpy.
ReplyDeleteI wasn;t here ;-)
ReplyDeleteSuch a nice selection of lovely ladies.
ReplyDeleteMom may have a long hard time figuring out an explanation.
LL, you didn't enjoy the boys?
ReplyDeleteOpie, I've been playing little tricks there for quite awhile. I'm so happy someone finally noticed. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteSandee, they be doin a whole bunch for me.
ReplyDeleteEdutcher, I would say so ... I think.
ReplyDeleteCube, well where were you then?
ReplyDeleteAdmiral, the heck with Mom. Let's talk about the girls.
ReplyDeleteHaven't flown in years, but know recall flight attendents like these. Guess the friendly skies are getting more friendly.
