DeleteWhen my son first graduated college he had an entry level tech job working for a big medical instrument company running large scale equipment sterilization. They had to occasionally get the forklift operator to help which interupted the drivers routine. It was a non union shop so he just went and got his forklift cert and took care of it himself with an extra forklift. Today he's a successful consultant in the pharmacutical business but he's proud of that cert and I'm proud of him for rolling up his sleeves and taking care of business. (apologize for bragging)
