DeleteWhen he was older, he used to commercial fish for salmon out of Florence, Oregon. I was a fish checker for ODFW. And I was shocked by his presence the first time he climbed up the ladder onto the fish buyers dock. He did it it for solitude I think. He wasn't very successful, but he was a quiet man, and I respected that. Wow! He had a nice little boat too!
