The US constitution only recognizes the unalienable rights to life , liberty and pursuit of happiness as preexisting the constitution. The constitution does not assign rights nor bestow rights. What man can give he can also take away. The constitution was designed to govern a civil and moral people, not the uncivil and immoral hoards that have defrauded their way into power and usurped the treasury to the tune of 34 trillion in debt.
