I didn't believe the comparison with the Sturgis motorcycle rally, but...I went to my 2nd brain: google, and while there are quite a few articles commenting on the volume of garbage hauled during and after the even, no where did I find comments or complaints about garbage in the streets.
Put it here ... I can't wait to read it. I have the Captcha turned OFF but blogger insists it be there. You should be able to bypass it.
