Delete#9 I grew up on a hay farm. At 10 years old I was a small scrawny kid. At 18 years old I had a 46" chest, 18" biceps, and a six pack stomach at 5'11" and 190 pounds. I spent 6 months of the year loading trailers to unload and restack in the barns. Then another 5 months unloading the barn to load in trucks, haul, unload and stack.
