Hi boyz and girlz, I took a really bad spill,
the other morning, on ice, on my front steps.
I hurt my knee. Each day I feel much better.
I'm telling you this because I haven't been
here as much as usual.
It's times like this you find out what beautiful
people there are in this world. The neighbors
have all been over here cleaning up all our snow.
Thank You to my Neighbors!
Thanks FBers
The Karens is weird.
ReplyDeletePS I know about slipping on the ice. Nothing quite like the feeling of your feet going out from you and suddenly realizing your looking at the sky without tilting your head..
For a few decades, I seem to have made a career of it. Glad your knee is better. Nice to have good neighbors.
edutcher, I seem to hit the ground once a year, but I hate when I add steps in the equation.
DeleteGood neighbors look out for each other. At least that's what I was taught and try to practice.
ReplyDelete"2 Karens to ask for a manager" priceless.
Sidney Poitier: one of the all time greats, as an actor and from what I've read, as a human being.
mer, you want like I've found here.
DeleteSorry to hear of your mishap. I did notice you seemed to be less active here the last few days. I took a spill on the ice back in 2013 and ever since then I'm very very very very careful when there is ice. In fact, I wear shoe chains now if there is even a hint of ice. Hope you recover fully and quickly.
ReplyDeleteEdward, this was a quick trip outside to clean Mrs. Woodsterman's car off.
DeleteAll good today, Odie. Get well soon. God bless.
ReplyDeleteLindaG, every day I feel better.
DeleteMr Odie.
ReplyDeleteI am so sorry to hear about your knee. Will keep you in my prayers for a quick and full recovery.
Godbless.
Flappr, thank you very much.
DeleteHyman's seafood in Charleston SC, worked there when I was in highschool.
