Woosterman Googled What ?

Ah yes, as I'm watching it snow for the third straight
day (we're at around three feet), the mind (?) starts to
wonder. What special posts can we have for
Thanksgiving Weekend?

I'm giving my followers WAY TOO MUCH information
here. You see the old Woodsterman doesn't just Google,
he GOOGLES! Today I will share with you when I
GOOGLE "Sexy Turkeys". Yes you read that right.

Tomorrow I'll show the results of a new search ....

Bill that's really stooping ... Mr. O picked the better man.
I lost my appetite or Trick or Treat ...
I suddenly got an urge for a Big Mac.
 Hey Good Lookin ...
Do you remember the old Coppertone ads? The little girl grew up.
This theme never seems to disappear.
Makes me want to stand up and salute turkeys everywhere.
We must have a turkey from Arabia.
Now we're getting closer to what we asked for.
Now that's more like it, but where's the turkey? Oh well, Happy Hump Day Everyone.

How's That Working For You ?

I heard this today and the wheels started turning.
It kind of ties into today's and tomorrow's posts.

Fun At The Zoo ...

When in Southern California, don't miss
the Los Angeles Zoo. When on the Freeways,
don't miss this back window.

(Or, what's the difference between the White
House and the Los Angeles Zoo?)

The Prize ...

The prize doesn't always go to the most deserving....
Irena Sendler

There recently was a death of a 98 year-old lady named Irena. During WWII, Irena, got permission to work in the  Warsaw Ghetto, as a Plumbing/Sewer specialist. She had an 'ulterior motive' ... She KNEW what the Nazi's plans were for the Jews, (being German.) Irena smuggled infants out in the bottom of the tool box she carried and she carried in the back of her truck a burlap sack, (for larger kids..) She also had a dog in the back that she trained to bark when the Nazi soldiers let her in and out of the ghetto. The soldiers of course wanted nothing to do with the dog and the barking covered the kids/infants noises.. During her time of doing this, she managed to smuggle out and save 2500 kids/infants. She was caught, and the Nazi's broke both her legs, arms and beat her severely. Irena kept a record of the names of all the kids she smuggled out and kept them in a glass jar, buried under a tree in her back yard. After the war, she tried to locate any parents that may have survived it and reunited the family.
Most had been gassed. Those kids she helped got placed into foster family homes or adopted.

Recently, Irena was up for the Nobel Peace Prize ...
She was not selected.

However, Al Gore won, for a slide show on Global Warming and Barack Obama won for a speech on peace.
In MEMORIAM - 63 YEARS LATER

It is now more than 60 years after World War II in  Europe ended. This e-mail is being sent as a memorial chain, in memory of the 20 million Russians, 10 million Christians, 6 million Jews and 1,900 Catholic priests who were murdered, massacred, raped, burned and starved with many of the worlds people looking the other way!

Now, more than ever, with extremist Muslims claiming the Holocaust to be 'a myth,' it's imperative to make sure the world never forgets, because Muslim extremists are trying to do it again.

Woodsterman Caught With Undesirables

Woodsterman has been spending a little time in
La La Land known as Southern California. There
are a few conservatives that hide out there. Can
you put a name to each in the photo ? I've made
one very easy for you. You know everyone here
by their blogs.

We had a great time today at lunch talking
about blogs and many of you. OK ... who's who ?
I owe everyone an apology for the quality
of the photos.

I drive back home tomorrow. This blog and my
visits to your blogs will be closer to normal after
tomorrow. Could you tell I was elsewhere this week?
