ReplyDeleteDindu (his name on the action figure) took a proscribed weapon to a track meet. He went into the other team’s tent on purpose. He got all uppity when asked to leave. Hr provoked the situation. With his hand in his bag, presumably holding the knife, as he made a provocative threat to the other boy. He was prepared; his violence was planned. Premeditated. This threat resulted in him getting pushed, for which his response was murder. In front of multiple witnesses. His escalation was utterly unjustified. His bail should have been doubled not reduced. He should face the death penalty.
