Race Bannon at Breakfast

I was eating breakfast with my 10-year-old
Granddaughter and I asked her.

"What day is tomorrow?"  She said "It's
President's Day!"

She is a smart kid.  I asked "What does
President's Day mean?"
I was waiting for something about
Washington or Lincoln... etc.

She replied, "President's Day is when
President Obama steps out of the White
House and if he sees his shadow, we have
4 more years of Bull Shit."

You know, It hurts when hot coffee spurts
out of your nose!

  1. I used to view President's Day with reverence. Heck, I used to view the office of the president that way too.

Obama changed all that. He sure is good at CHANGE.

  3. Opie, I remember when we had Presidents Birthdays. Now they're all lumped together with the likes of Duhwon.

  5. What Opus said. Exactly what I was thinking. He's a joke. He doesn't even know it.

    Have a terrific day. ☺

  6. Some kids get it and some don't! So there is still hope!

  7. Moral of the story:

always swallow before the punch line.

PS We used to honor Washington and Lincoln (or Robert E Lee) on their birthdays.

    Now, we could care less.

Put it here ... I can't wait to read it. I have the Captcha turned OFF but blogger insists it be there. You should be able to bypass it.
