Current Events Test
This is a terrific test. And it shows results in a number of ways.
It sure indicates that the majority of Americans don't know
what's going on. No wonder our politicians take
such advantage. Interesting and simple test.
It's astonishing that so many people got less than half right.
It's astonishing that so many people got less than half right.
These results say that 80% of the (voting) public doesn't have
a clue - and that's pretty scary. There are no tricks here - just
a simple test to see if you are current on your information.
Test your knowledge with 11 questions, then be ready to

shudder when you see how others did. how did you do?

Happy Veterans Day
Is our Commander in Chief at Arlington ? Oh,
again? I just thought I'd ask.
Below is a photo of someone you might know.
Can you tell by looking at the name on the
truck. He'll never change .....
Happy Veterans Day to all the Vets out there. And
to those of you that didn't serve, but help us
celebrate .... God Bless You ! You'll never know
how much it really means.

Father O'Malley

O'Malley at St. Brigid's. There's a jackass lying dead in
me front lawn. Would ye be so kind as to send a couple
o' yer lads to take care of the matter?"
Speaker Pelosi, considering herself to be quite a wit,
replied with a smirk, "Well now father, it was always my
impression that you people took care of last rites!"
There was dead silence on the line for a long moment.
Father O'Malley then replied: "Aye, that's certainly true,
but we are also obliged to first notify the next of kin."

Unionized Hookers ....
Hookers' Union Rules
A dedicated Teamsters union worker was attending a convention in Las Vegas and decided to check out the local brothels.
When he got to the first one, he asked the Madam,
"Is this a union house?"
"No," she replied, "I'm sorry it isn't."
"Well, if I pay you $100, what cut do the girls get?"
"The house gets $80 and the girls get $20,'"she answered.
Offended at such unfair dealings, the union man stomped off down the street in search of a more equitable, hopefully unionized, shop. His search continued until finally he reached a brothel where the Madam responded, "Why yes sir, this is a union house. We observe all union rules."
The man asked, "And, if I pay you $100, what cut do the girls get?"
"The girls get $80 and the house gets $20."
"That's more like it!" the union man said.
He handed the Madam $100, looked around the room, and pointed to a stunningly attractive green-eyed blonde.

"I'm sure you would, sir," said the Madam, then she gestured to a 92-year-old woman in the corner, "but Ethel here has 67 years seniority and according to union rules, she's next."
NOW you know what's wrong with unionization; be it teachers,
government workers, auto workers, etc.
