The last one is a great idea, but instead, just deport the parents, and demand either monthly support payments or taking the kid with them. And another meme correctly noted that STATES provide birth certificates, NOT THE WORTHLESS FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. Just do NOT give the kid a birth certificate...and deport the family. Good luck proving citizenship down the road.

Deletethe compromised judges at scotus are fools and should be investigated for a payoff to come up with a decision like this and also find out who made the bribe.

But the text is unmistakable. If there's on gripe I ever had with Clarence Thomas, it's that on a couple of occasions, he expected his fellow Rs to vote according to Conservative writ, rather than the Constitution.

The EO was a stopgap.Until enough Trumplicans can be elected to the Senate (English translation: get off your ass and vote early, vote often), it's all we got. There has to be a law - or we want to rewrite the XIV Amendment.

edutcher, OK OK .... I reread it and there "it" is in the first sentence. I've heard and read what the writers meant when they authored the14th Amendment. They messed up. We'll just have to keep pregnant illegals outta here.

boron, it was just one guy that caused me to write that. He was quite graphic and it even made my hair stand up on end. You get a pass here ... you know that. Just use a little humor with it..
DeleteWhen the Supreme Court does something so potentially Treasonous that it endangers the welfare and aids the destruction this country then the President should be able to block that vote until Congress and the country slug it out. That vote has to be taken away from the Judicial, Senate and Congress and put to the voters

ReplyDeleteThe SCOTUS is there to apply already existing law in situations that require clarity in the interpretation of it, not to write more laws. That is Congress' job, correct?
Why then, does there seem to be such a wide gap usually when right leaning cases come before the court, that there seems to be so many divisions right and left?
Is Constitutional law really that hard to understand?
Why are the top Judges in the country at times ruling against what is clearly common sense and the lawful reality in these cases?
I think I already know the answer but I'm interested in hearing what others think.

DeleteWe are at WAR. But in this case it's with ourselves. On one side you have the Republicans/Conservatives/MAGAs and this group like things as they have been for 250 years. Use the Constitution as Written.
On the other hand we have the Democrats/liberals/revisionists who have to change everything they touch.
Constitutional Law isn't that tough, but the Constitution was written in a language no one reads anymore called English. That's when the language was written differently. and before UR meant You're.
