DeleteIran will be lucky if all they have to put up with are Dollar Stores and fast food outlets. The US BUTCHERED hundreds of thousands of Filipinos when THEY simply wanted FREEDOM after Spanish occupation. Not in the plans of the US government, so slaughter was the answer instead. The last time the US meddled in Iranian affairs, they overthrew their government in 1953 and put in the BRUTAL SHAH regime and trained his secret police. Fast food is the LEAST of their worries given that Israel is calling the shots NOW.

Most of the jobs that require a college degree are at most a couple of years away from AI taking them over. Lots of really educated unemployed people when that happens.
ReplyDeleteBut we are at least a decade or two away from the robots taking over the blue collar jobs. Get your kids in trade schools, and tell them to save, save, save when they start working!!!!!
While I disagree that AI is really that powerful, your last sentence is absolute gold.
