    re: donations at the register. I always say "yes, for negative $80k." One of these days a clerck is going to enter my huge negative donation and we'll see if their application programmers are idiots.

    Was a fraud underwriter for mortgage companies. And yes her applications are fraud. When you close on a first home look at the W2's for last two or three years. They better be same address you've given us and be in state. Out of state starts raising flags. Then the questions start piling up. As to her second purchase her w2's would show from a different state. So please explain. Credit report scores would be lower because she had been receiving a loan on a piece of property. Why? Underwriters are not really trained but some of us are very detail orientated. All doc's at application and closing are identical from state to state and all are federal. Open/shut case. You lie, you do time.
