DeleteLocation, location, location. That San Diego property is probably a short walk from the beach. SoCal is idyllic. Well, only some places now. Too many trashy people trashing the beaches. But there remain a few isolated pockets where few people venture and of those who do, are concious of others thereby not likely to leave refuse to mark their having been there.

DeleteI used to live in San Diego, Ocean Beach was pretty cool 30+ years ago. Druggie, homeless central now. With the added benefit of Sky high taxes, what a bonus!
