About that 4th one - my personal trainer said he sees young people at the gym that already have serious curvature of the upper spine and neck due to always pecking at their phones.
Not letting myself off the hook here since I hunch over my PC - hence the personal trainer to fix my shoulder problems and hopefully help my posture.
After both carpal tunnel's sliced and diced, both thumbs operated on for trigger "finger", 3 fingers injected for trigger finger, and a wrist operated on for trigger wrist (yes, you can get trigger wrist), I'm good for awhile (except for the index finger that has started to trigger.) The point? I feel your pain!
Adrienne, Trigger Finger??? Is that when can't straighten them out. I have that with my right thumb. My Grandson laughs whenever I give him a thumbs up.
Put it here ... I can't wait to read it. I have the Captcha turned OFF but blogger insists it be there. You should be able to bypass it.

Adrienne, I think we are all getting some bad side effects from too much gadget usage. Mine is carpal tunnel syndrome in my left hand.
