AIRCRAFT HITS FOUR BUILDINGS and Other Thursday Stuff

This is tough to see. It just shows the dangers of attending
these events.  Amazing photo below shows great detail.

The pilot at low level had no control over his aircraft.
It narrowly misses a crowd gathered for the air show
and slams into four buildings..  One can only imagine
the horror of the occupants inside those buildings.

No one was killed, but it probably scared the
crap out of them.

This Winter at St Joseph Lighthouse, Lake Michigan

This is weirdly beautiful.....
St Joseph Lighthouse, Lake Michigan
1/2014 after a storm.

This is the St. Joseph Lighthouse on Lake Michigan.
It is encased in ice as the Midwest was hit with
wind chills that reached   -50 degrees.

Thanks Dan !

Tax Time . . .

A woman walks into an accountant's office and tells
him that she needs to file her taxes..

The accountant says, "Before we begin,
I'll need to ask you a few questions."

He gets her name, address, social security number,
etc. and then asks, “What’s your occupation?"

"I'm a prostitute," she says.

The accountant is somewhat taken aback and says,
" Let's try to rephrase that."

The woman says, "OK, I'm a high-end call girl".

"No, that still won't work. Try again."

They both think for a minute; then the woman says,
"I'm an elite chicken farmer."

The accountant asks, "What does chicken farming
have to do with being a prostitute?"

"Well, I hand raised a thousand cocks last year."

"Chicken Farmer it is."

Senior Citizen and the Store

A little old lady went to the grocery store to buy cat food.
She picked up three cans and took them to the check out counter.
The girl at the cash register said, "I'm sorry, but we cannot
sell you cat food without proof that you have a cat.  A lot
of old people buy cat food to eat, and the management
wants proof that you are buying the cat food for your cat."

The little old lady went home,
picked up her cat and brought it back to the store.

They sold her the cat food.

The next day, she tried to buy two cans of dog food.

Again, the cashier said, "I'm sorry, but we cannot
sell you dog food without proof that you have a dog.
A lot of old people buy dog food to eat, but the
management wants proof that you are buying
the dog food for your dog."

So she went home and brought in her dog.
She then was able to buy the dog food.

The next day she brought in a box with a hole in the lid.

The little old lady asked the cashier to stick her
finger in the hole. The cashier said, "No, you
might have a snake in there."

The little old lady assured her that there was
nothing in the box that would harm her.

So the cashier put her finger into the box
and quickly pulled it out.

She said to the little old lady, "That smells like shit."

The little old lady said,
"It is. I want to buy a roll of toilet paper."

Don't mess with old people !

Driving Through Wyoming . . .

A man was driving through Wyoming one spring evening. The road
was deserted and he had not seen a soul for what seemed like hours.
Suddenly his car started to cough and splutter and the engine slowly
died away, leaving him sitting by the road in total silence.

He popped the hood and looked to see if there was anything that he
could do to get it going again. Unfortunately, he had a limited knowledge
of cars, so all he could do was look at the engine, feeling despondent.

As he peered by the gradually fading light of his flashlight, he cursed
that he had not put in new batteries, like he had promised himself.

Suddenly, through the inky shadows, came a deep voice, "It's your
fuel pump." The man jumped up quickly striking his head on the
underside of the hood. "Who said that?" he demanded.

There were two horses standing in the field alongside and the man
was amazed when the nearest of the two horses repeated,
"It's your fuel pump, tap it with your flashlight, and try it again."

Confused, the man tapped the fuel pump with his flashlight, turned
the key and sure enough, the engine roared into life. He muttered a
short thanks to the horse and screeched away.

When he reached the next town, he ran into the local bar.
"Large whiskey, please!" he said.

A rancher sitting at the bar looked at the man's ashen face and asked,
"What's wrong? You look like you've seen a ghost!"

"It's unbelievable," the man said and recalled the whole tale to the rancher.
The rancher took a sip of his beer and looked thoughtful. "A horse, you say?
Was it by any chance a white horse?" The man replied to the affirmative.
"Yes it was! Am I crazy?"

"No, you ain't crazy. In fact, you're lucky," said the rancher "...
that black horse don't know diddly about cars".
