Finally Mayor male member has an idea we can agree with. Send the violent criminals to their maker instead of prison. Then they can't be a problem, expense or let out early.

ReplyDeleteThere are some "advisories" that certain counties are dangerous but the only outright ban I know of is North Korea, and even there you can ask the State Department for permission.
