    Finally Mayor male member has an idea we can agree with. Send the violent criminals to their maker instead of prison. Then they can't be a problem, expense or let out early.

    I agree with 1; it's execution that drives violence down - 6 feet, to be precise. Yes to 3 and 4. Thank you to my generation - that includes you, Odie.

    What travel bans?

    There are some "advisories" that certain counties are dangerous but the only outright ban I know of is North Korea, and even there you can ask the State Department for permission.
