  2. I saw the original episode and I've watched it multiple times since every Thanksgiving and laughed every time. Not to mention I've used Carlson's line "As God is my witness, I thought turkeys could fly". Still the best closing line I've ever seen on any show.

    1. Paul V, it's become a tradition here, and I also love Carlson's line.

  3. Bailey over Jennifer every day. Just like Mary Ann over Ginger. Maintenance costs are critical.

  5. That is the best Thanksgiving episode of any and all of television. The only other good one is A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving.
    Thank You Sir.

  6. Carlson would fit in with the snowflakes of today just fine. Have a great T-day Odie

  7. Well done, Odie. I loved that show and he was the stupidest reporter ever.

  8. Classic comedy. Notice how they did the whole thing with dialogue, sound, and just a few people running by. You never actually see a helicopter or a turkey. No flashy special effects. They let the audience build a picture with imagination and created something nobody will ever forget.

Put it here ... I can't wait to read it. I have the Captcha turned OFF but blogger insists it be there. You should be able to bypass it.
