    That works out to nearly 450 gallons of fuel per truck per day. I've never driven a truck. Is that a LOT or more importantly, reasonable?? The point is still very valid, but math is important, as is a level of accuracy.

      MrLiberty and Everyone Else Sometimes these "Memer People" get excited and mess up the numbers. I looked up the excepted mileage for semis and it's 6.5 MPG. Seems high to me, I would have said between 4 and 5. Using the Truck Institute in Phoenix's numbers I get 413.4 gallons for that trip of 2,687 miles.

      Anyhoo, All the numbers a crazy, but the meme is dead on as to the stupidity of trucking it. I steal the memes, I don't write them.
