The entire time there was nobody parked in front of her, she could have pulled forward and left. But yeh, return your damn cart to the return area...
ReplyDeleteThe little token slot to unlock the cart from the others should have a propietary key....for lease from the shop upon photo id and a $100 bond. That'll see the carts returned. Lost your key? Lease another, with a fresh $100 bond. Found a key? Key or bond returned to original lessee, or their heirs.

Staged, the backup lights never came on, so the backup camera was not on.
