ReplyDeleteMy cursory look into it reveals the proposition is an amendment to the state constitution. Therefore, how can it be temporary?
DeleteBut they're using the initiate process to make changes to the constitution. That is a desperate ploy.

DeleteRick, Prop 50 is on the ballot to roll back an amendment to the constitution voted for 20 years ago creating a team that decides districts. The democrats want to change that.
