Overall, Norman's bill is a bold move that could have far-reaching implications for how government shutdowns are handled and how Congress operates. DeleteThe McCarran Warner Act Did NOT ban Muslims from office, it was an immigration act. And some of the names listed in that meme were not members of Congress. You can do a web search.
