LindaG, I was always a dog person until our last dog died about 25 years ago. Mrs. Woodsterman said it was her turn and we got a cat. I had that animal so spoiled within a week he adopted me. No matter where I was in the yard, he'd be right next to me. He even kept me company in my noisy wood shop. We were buddies for 17 years. I am now a dog and cat person even though We're petless at the moment.
DeleteThat is great to read, Odie. And I understand petless, too. We've only ever had one dog. A sheltie. She was never mean to any of our cats, but she would never play with them, though one cat in particular tried really hard. God bless, Odie. :)
