DeleteThe FCC only has jurisdiction over broadcast media. I can see the television station broadcasting BB being liable. Potentially BB, I am not a lawyer and haven't read the fine print, but I expect it would be the broadcast licensee that is liable. I don't understand how Apple Music or the NFL could be liable.

DeleteWow someone has a slam dunk case for election interference yet no one has been arrested. Democracy still rules the day and our republic even after winning elections. Seems they only come with consequences when a democrat is elected.
