Back in my day the Vietnam War was ragging on.
I was a proud member of the Army in Pleiku at
that time.
I want to give all of my bothers and sisters a
heart felt thank you. Go out and get a free
dinner at one the pleases who believe in such
things. Maybe light a candle for those are
not able to.

It's not easy being a dumbass, but I guess I needed to be.

DeleteMissed the free meals offered by many fine eateries. I spent the morning celebrating at the local high school ceremonies and then went home to get a bite to eat and spent the afternoon at the nursing home celebrating with the remainder of WWII/Korean war vets and now a few VN vets.
