We're on what, our 3rd or 4th latchkey generation. The problem isn't that mom and dad aren't teaching their kids life lessons and domestic skills. The problem is that mom and dad don't have the life lessons or domestic skills. If you want to know whose fault that is, and you're not under 25, look in the mirror.

Grandmothers - that was a Mad magazine entry about 40-50 years ago. I think they called them Haggus Horriblus, or something like that.
