I had a farm license. At 15 I could drive a Mack truck for farm transport. There were limitations but I carried a letter from my county sheriff explaining a farm license. A teenager driving a Mack, I got pulled over by every cop on the road. That was 50 years ago.
I did also. My school system in SoCal taught driving with large sedans in summer school going into Junior year. We drove around our town and I10 to learn traffic. We had a kid from each HS in the car.
Highlights Mag: 68 years old and still read it when I find it, very expensive to purchase as it's around $14.00 an issue at the store, still a great read and learn for kids.
Failed the first time for not looking 10 times both ways at a stop sign, guy was an idiot. Our school lunches were crap and I livee only a block away so it was home for lunch every day.
Put it here ... I can't wait to read it. I have the Captcha turned OFF but blogger insists it be there. You should be able to bypass it.
