He ain't sabotaging nothin'. Spanberger won VA by 15 points, but the gerrymander passed by only 2.6 points, thanks mostly to one county (Arlington, Gen'l Lee just might bring back the Army of Northern VA with him and Stonewall when he rises) that went 80% for it. Trump has a way to get around it, but the issue is the country is behind him.
