DeleteThe federal government does a similar discrimination against white males when it comes to awarding contracts. It was always embarrassing to listen to the CEO of the company I worked for rattling off all of the special set asides he qualified for. Eventually he even got embarrassed by it and stop using the litany before every company wide speech.
