DeleteAnd if you take a few hundred billion dollars from hard working citizens and hand it to thousands of weapons subcontractors all around the nation, the citizens are all poorer, but the subcontractors will reward all of the Congressmembers with huge donations to their campaign coffers so they can get re-elected and keep the THEFT going strong year after year......
