EVERY HANDOUT, SET ASIDE, OVERT PRIVILEGE, etc. is a blatant public statement that every black (or whomever is the beneficiary), is worthless and unable to compete or function on an equal footing with everyone else. I'm not going to comment on that except to say that such a stand is the epitome of racism.
