  1. The last one, absolutely.

With all the “landmark” decisions of the Supreme Court, one that they have never touched is the clarification of the Natural Born Citizen term in the Constitution. Generations of leftists have written reams about it, purposely watering it down to regular citizenship and confusing it with Natural Born Subject. But the concept was clear as day to the Founders and everyone else long before the Constitution was written. It’s simple: a natural born citizen is someone born within the lands of a nation with both parents already citizens. This was done to limit the influence of a foreign culture on any potential President or Vice President. Whether Obama was born in Kenya or not, his listed father was not a citizen; he was thus not eligible to run for the office. The NBC rule was later extended to include the Vice President, so Harris, born in California to two foreigners, was never eligible either. The misconception of birthright citizenship in no way could include bestowing NBC. John McCain’s parents were both citizens, and he was born in a military base in Panama. This was a bit of a murky situation, but some later politics (had nothing to do with him) declared Panama a US territory (at that time) so he became NBC a little ex post facto.

Frankly I think the concept should be more rigorous and broader. Both parents and all 4 grandparents must be citizens, and the rule should apply to every elected official in the federal government. Maybe appointed ones too.

  2. Australia also has the world's longest fence, built to deal with rabbits and dingoes, some 3,488 miles (5,600 km) long and dead straight too!

  3. That evil woman deserves a public execution. I'd think disemboweling her through her vajayjay would be appropriate.

  5. Look at her eyes.

And, actually, it started in '65 with Teddy Kennedy.

  6. I have never understood why sexual crimes committed by women get lesser sentences than men. Should be identical. Myself, I would go for life or even death penalty if one of the children has died.
