An 8-year-old girl was playing in her backyard in Alpena, Michigan, when a man came out of the woods behind her, covered her mouth, and tried to drag her toward the tree line.
Her 13-year-old brother, Owen Burns, heard her scream from inside the house. He looked out the window, saw what was happening, grabbed his slingshot, and fired twice — first with a marble, then with a rock — striking the attacker in the head and chest. 🎯
The man let go and ran. Owen’s little sister broke free and made it safely back inside.
Troopers later found the suspect, an illegal alien, hiding at a gas station with injuries matching the slingshot strikes — evidence police said helped confirm his identity.
He was charged as an adult with kidnapping, child enticement, assault and battery. Detectives said he admitted he planned to rape and beat the girl.
Michigan State Police called Owen’s response extraordinary. Owen simply said he’d do it again without hesitation. 🇺🇸
This is why so many Trump supporters keep saying it: secure the border, enforce the law, and protect American families.

ReplyDeleteBravo for Owen for protecting his sister. I just hope i wont be reading that he will be charged with assault with a deadly weapon when he could have called the police instead. He is in Michigan.
