ReplyDeleteWhile a formal investigation into the Biden administration's use of the autopen did exist, recent developments indicate it has been closed without charges:
Investigation Shelved: In March 2026, the Department of Justice reportedly shelved the criminal probe into whether former President Joe Biden and his aides—including those in the First Lady's office—unlawfully used an autopen to issue pardons or executive orders.
Lack of Evidence: Federal prosecutors under U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro determined there was no credible case to bring, as they could not identify a specific criminal statute that had been violated by the use of the device.
Grand Jury Actions: Contrary to rumors of a pending indictment, reports indicate that prosecutors never brought a potential indictment before a grand jury in this matter.
This is the unfortunate conclusion!
If they nail her, she won't be the sacrificial cow.
