DeleteOne time just a few years ago a friend of my son's who is a lovely young lady, a high school class valedictorian, and a state champion High School athlete whose Grandfather is writing a check for her education stopped by the house after her first semester at the UT Honors College in Austin. I asked her how it was going and she said "I'm not going back, they're all crazy. I'm not there for politics and I don't feel safe on campus" She finished school at a different college and is now a PhD level Epidemiologist. When they start losing students like her they are on a fast track to mediocrity. All those professors need to go.
