no, the "cartels" aren't getting them. and tucker carlson has been unable to provide proof to his claim of "half the weapons are getting sold"
I can tell you that if someone could provide such proof. the ukrainian army would like to speak to them, and will back it up with a dance at the end of a rope.

DeleteI would be shocked if the evidence of moneylaundering didn't implicate the Biden crime family obviously, but also the Obama, Pelosi, and Romney crime families among dozens of others.
