More anti-White racism disguised as social justice. The only thing that should determine property taxes is property value - not the skin color of the people who live there.

DeletePlease explain (without overt support for COMMUNIST PRINCIPLES), why property VALUE should have ANYTHING to do with what a property owner pays to support the functions of the local government (police, fire, ambulance, schools, etc.)? SORRY, you should pay for what you USE....PERIOD. And that means that a family with 6 kids should pay 6x what a family with 1 kid pays for the schools, and folks with ZERO kids should pay ZERO. THAT is what FAIRNESS looks like. And a fully competitive market of fire and security services could go a long way to undercutting the waste, fraud, and abuse you find with every other government monopoly "service" they claim to provide.

DeleteNew York City is lost, but what does NYC actually produce? Both Florida and Texas are looking to create stock exchanges. Banking headquarters are really just people and data centers. Is there any manufacturing to speak of? Any farming? Anything that couldn't be picked up and moved in a relatively short amount or time? Wall it off and let it die. Let it serve as a reminder of the results or socialism. Let it become North Korea. Anybody stupid enough to stay there deserves what they get.

DeleteChina has a 26 story 8.6mil sq ft high rise that can raise over a million pigs a year. We should be a couple of these around New York City. Modern problems require modern solutions.
