NewsBusted 11/4/11 ~ NewsBusters.org

Hey boys and girls, dudes and dudettes, it's that time
of year again. We just got close to a foot of snow over
night. I wouldn't normally care, but I have to travel
west over Donner Summit. I'm getting my truck serviced
and then traveling on to Sacramento to the yearly
Woodworking Show. This special event is almost as
much fun as Christmas to a woodworker. I also have
hotel reservations I would probably have to pay even
if I didn't show up.

So, I've preposted tomorrows blog entry, and I probably
can't visit you as much as I like to. Now it's time to get out
there and clean up that snow. It's really light and fluffy,
so it should go quickly.

  1. If you're stranded on Donner Summit, the rules of precedence will allow you to kill and eat Mrs. Odie.

Or she can do the same to you, so think fast.

    Enjoy your show!

  3. Stay safe, Odie! We're having a bit of an Indian Summer here in the Cincinnati area.

  4. Have a cool safe run...and a successful one. I know so well what fun Christmastime can be for a woodworker, and not just financially.

  5. Scott, you're right ... Christmas came early at the wood show.

Put it here ... I can't wait to read it. I have the Captcha turned OFF but blogger insists it be there. You should be able to bypass it.
