Current Events Test

This is a terrific test.  And it shows results in a number of ways.
It sure indicates that the majority of Americans don't know
what's going on.  No wonder our politicians take
such advantage. Interesting and simple test.
It's astonishing that so many people got less than half right.
These results say that 80% of the (voting) public doesn't have
a clue - and that's pretty scary.  There are no tricks here - just
a simple test to see if you are current on your information.

Test your knowledge with 11 questions, then be ready to
shudder when you see how others did. how did you do?

  1. 10 out of 11--I guess I lived up to my 163 IQ test rating. Better than 87% of the American public? But, the way I see it, that dumbed down bunch can barely read the far too easy questions.

  2. 100% here Odie!

Thanks for the link. It said sadly that people such as myself only make up 5% of the respondents, 5%?

We have soooooo much work ahead of us!

  3. I got 10 out of 11! Of course we know all your readers are WAY smarter than the average American. Heck, the squirrels in my yard are smarter than 95% of the morons in this city.

  4. 100% here, too (but then I have no life and spend my life on the internet reading ;-)

  6. Bunni, you have such a way with words. The readers here got two wrong out of 55 questions so far. We are smarter than your average bear and BO voters.

  7. Adrienne, let's face it, anyone that reads Woodsterman has no life ... including the author ... Top 5% go go go !

  8. I'm in the top 5%, too. Now I'm going to post the link at my personal Facebook page, where I try to stay as unpolitical as possible. This should be interesting.

  9. Thanks Odie--I think I missed Cameron of Brittain. You can get thrown out of office in England now for "spreading untruths' during your campaign. So they are hard to follow. That is a prerequisite for electability here.

  10. Scott, I thought if those who missed one, that would be it.

Put it here ... I can't wait to read it. I have the Captcha turned OFF but blogger insists it be there. You should be able to bypass it.
